The GS1900-24E 24-Port Gigabit Managed Network Switch from ZyXEL helps you to quickly expand your business's network capacity with 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports that support reliable connections to a variety of devices. The integrated setup wizard makes configuring and managing devices within the network simple and easy. Once configured, you benefit from a 48 Gb/s switching capacity, 35.7 Mpps forwarding rate, an 8K MAC address table, 525 KB packet buffer, and 9K jumbo frame.

ZyXEL's Intelligent PoE feature provides two PoE supply modes: classification mode and consumption mode. Especially in consumption mode, the GS1900-24E reserves the actual required power automatically, and allows you to set power feeding priorities on different ports in order to optimize the usage of the power resource. This function allows for an increased number of devices that can be connected, and delivers a better ROI for the business. In addition, the GS1900-24E supports the IEEE 802.3at standard on all ports.

For small businesses that want to manage their infrastructure in advance, the ZyXEL GS1900-24E comes with a friendly built-in Web-based browser for simple configuration and management. Moreover, the friendly step-by-step intuitive wizard helps avoiding multiple complicated configuration pages for quick set up with few clicks in the matter of minutes. The ZyXEL Series offers four common steps and combines them into a quick and easy setup wizard in order to guide you through start-up, VLAN, Guest, or VLAN to QoS setting. This is designed to save deployment time and efforts, and to ease the process for non-IT staff.
Avoiding Network Errors with Easy Management
The ZyXEL GS1900-24E is equipped with advanced management features to make the network stable and secure. The loop protection prevents network flooding, and the dual images are designed to provide a backup FW if one crashes. The storm control features are designed to ensure network efficiency, and the friendly On/Off DoS allows you to enable/disable with simple click, instead of opening several setup pages. The SSL ensures the management frames are well encrypted when the device is accessed. The GS1900-24E provides network error prevention features and integrated network security for reduced risk and improved data streaming.
