This 1-Year Preferred Plus Extended Service Plan from Epson is a limited one-year warranty extension for select inkjet printers. It helps keep your equipment safe by providing an additional year of coverage for replacing or repairing your printer. The plan must be purchased during the first 180 days of the standard warranty period, and does not cover all types of damage or breakdown.

Benefits
- Covers necessary labor and/or parts required to replace or repair your product for approved claims
- Includes covered mechanical or electrical failures due to defects in materials and workmanship
- Coverage for failure begins when applicable coverage under manufacturer's warranty expires
- If your product fails during the coverage period, repair service or one time replacement of your product will be offered
- If the product is replaced, it will be a new or refurbished product of equal or similar features and functionality
- May cover damages resulting from a covered power surge incident while using an approved surge protector

Requirements

- Available only in the United States, excluding U.S. possessions
- Covered product must be for non-commercial use
- Manufacturer's maintenance and care instructions must be performed, and not all breakdowns are covered
